I run a hotel and our computers crashed. The hard drive was basically fried. I am a recurring customer at PC Warehouse but never had a problem as severe as this current one. I brought the hard drive in and explained the mess I was in. The focus was on how important and upsetting my problem was to me. Love having a comp-shop just a drive away. I'm not incompetent with computers, but it's always nice to know there is a place I can travel to in case there's something I can't figure out on my own.
My son had some minor issues with a computer he built himself. We took it to PC Warehouse to have then run a diagnostic check on the computer to see what was wrong. Not only did they fix the issues but they took the time to show my son (13yrs old) what he did to cause the glitches - he really learned a lot from the very knowledgeable staff. We will definition use them again! (Prices for diagnostic and repair were reasonable)
