My external HD with files dating back to 2005 suddenly crapped out on me. I was devastated and was referred to PC Warehouse for help. Thank goodness I went because they recovered almost all of the files and did it for a very reasonable price. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and even sat down with me to see exactly which files were most crucial so that they could do their best to recover them. I run a hotel and our computers crashed. The hard drive was basically fried. I am a recurring customer at PC Warehouse but never had a problem as severe as this current one. Last week I dropped my external hard drive. I was devastated as my whole life was on that drive and that was my only copy.
