Took my PC there that was not booting up they help me while I waited and installed a new SSD drive too. The custom built PC which was purchased from them 6 years ago is still working great now after a new power source was installed. Such a great place to have locally and the owner and workers are extremely nice and knowledgeable too! 5 Stars!

Lorraine listened to my needs, was completely transparent about pricing options, and adjusted the schedule to minimize the amount of time I'd be without my computer, then called me the moment it was ready. Chris did an amazing job with a tricky fix (many Macs are NOT service-friendly!). Last time I needed computer service, I had someone I trusted for years but was living in a different area.
