Great customer service at very reasonable prices! Lorraine listened to my needs, was completely transparent about pricing options, and adjusted the schedule to minimize the amount of time I'd be without my computer, then called me the moment it was ready. Chris did an amazing job with a tricky fix (many Macs are NOT service-friendly!). Last time I needed computer service, I had someone I trusted for years but was living in a different area. I have a laptop that just shut down for no reason. The screen went black. I thought it was dead because it's an old laptop (7+ years). Well, Chris told me that the pin where you plug in the power adapter was dead. He soldered the pin and it cost me next to nothing compared to buying a brand new laptop. He was done in a day !! Great job !. Love this place !
