Lorraine listened to my needs, was completely transparent about pricing options, and adjusted the schedule to minimize the amount of time I'd be without my computer, then called me the moment it was ready. Chris did an amazing job with a tricky fix (many Macs are NOT service-friendly!). Last time I needed computer service, I had someone I trusted for years but was living in a different area. I took my old computer to their store, that of course had a lot of valuable data on it, and it had crashed on me. Not only did PC Warehouse calm me down, but they diagnosed and in one day! (one day!) they called me back to give me the best news ever! They recovered ALL my data, fixed the computer, and all done within 5 days! I will never go anywhere else for computer repairs. Fast, efficient, fair price, wonderful customer service. What more could you ask for?
