My external hard drive containing every family photo I have ever taken, along with other very important data files, crashed. I took the hard drive to the Geeks at Best Buy, but they couldn't recover the data. I was heartbroken because of the loss of such important family photos. I took the hard drive to PC Warehouse, not expecting them to be able to help, but they were able to recover everything! I highly recommend them for your data recovery problems, and the staff was very friendly too!
Took my PC there that was not booting up they help me while I waited and installed a new SSD drive too. The custom built PC which was purchased from them 6 years ago is still working great now after a new power source was installed. Such a great place to have locally and the owner and workers are extremely nice and knowledgeable too! 5 Stars!
Great customer service at very reasonable prices! Lorraine listened to my needs, was completely transparent about pricing options, and adjusted the schedule to minimize the amount of time I'd be without my computer, then called me the moment it was ready. Chris did an amazing job with a tricky fix (many Macs are NOT service-friendly!). Last time I needed computer service, I had someone I trusted for years but was living in a different area. I've been nervous about choosing the right new repair people. My mind's now at ease knowing I'll always be taken care of here with PC Warehouse. Thank you!
I run a hotel and our computers crashed. The hard drive was basically fried. I am a recurring customer at PC Warehouse but never had a problem as severe as this current one. I brought the hard drive in and explained the mess I was in. The focus was on how important and upsetting my problem was to me. Taking all of this into consideration, within 24hrs all my data is back and ready to be loaded on the new computers. I cannot express the gratitude and relief I feel. PC Warehouse in Freehold is the only place you should go to fix your computers. They fixed a 20 year old computer of mine, that had an invaluable program on it that isn't sold anymore and is important to my business. Most others would simply throw up their hands and be done.. these people got it fixed right. They have been my go to PC experts for more than 20 years. They are great to deal with, completely honest and very capable. YOU NEED TO GO HERE, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTELY BEST!!!!!!
